What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, in their original
condition, and returned with the protective tag intact. Please note that if the tag has
been removed, the item will be considered worn and will not be eligible for return.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
What if my dress arrives and the fit isn’t right?
We recommend taking accurate measurements prior to placing your order to ensure
the best possible fit. Should you require guidance, our team is happy to assist before
purchase.

Return Condition, Protective Tag and Quality Inspection
Every Kate Anna Kelly dress is carefully inspected before dispatch and is supplied with a protective security sash or tag attached.
Customers are welcome to try on their dress carefully, as they would during a bridal boutique fitting. However, the protective security sash and all original tags must remain fully attached, intact and untampered with until the customer has decided to keep the dress.
A protective sash or tag that has been unclipped, removed, cut, altered, damaged, reattached or otherwise tampered with will be recorded during the returns inspection and may be treated as evidence that the garment has been handled or worn beyond a reasonable fitting.
All returned garments undergo a detailed quality-control inspection before any refund is approved. Dresses must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and immaculate condition.
Please try on with care. Every dress is supplied with a protective security sash or tag, which must remain attached, intact and untampered with. Returns showing evidence of wear, perfume, body odour, perspiration, make-up, fake tan, glitter, stains, marks, damage or tag removal may be subject to a reduced refund of up to the full purchase price where the garment can no longer be sold as new.
